A Simple Address Book!

I like to write letters and send cards. Up to this point I had simply been typing names into an excel document on my computer. I found this to be a very ineffective system for me, so I decided to make my own address book.

Supplies:
-address pages
-double sided scrapbook paper
-paper cutter
-letter/number stickers
-corner punch
-binding system

These are the address book pages I used:

I found them at I Love It All!

Step One: Cut your sheets down to the appropriate size. The sheets I have are 5.5″ tall and 5.75″ wide. This is the ideal size if you ask me so if you are making your own pages shoot for something this size (remember to leave an inch or so on the left for your margin).

Step Two: Round the corners of the right side of your pages. You could round all the corners if you so choose.

Step Three: Cut your scrapbook paper to create divider pages and your covers. I did my divider pages at 5.5″ by 6″ and my covers at 6″ by 6.25″.

Step Four: Bind! I use the Arc by Staples binding system. The binder punch costs about $40 and the rings cost $3 for 12. They come in 1 inch and 1 1/2 inch size.

Step Five: Place stickers to denote sections and to decorate cover! I planned to do something a bit more decorative but went with simple and functional instead!
