Health Care Goals….

  1. Drink eight glasses of water each day.
  2. Exercise daily — 30 Day Shred.
  3. Eat at least five servings of fruits and vegetables daily.
  4. Cut down my caffiene intake to less than 300 mg daily.

 

**many of these things are not new habits or routines I am trying to implement, rather they are things I do but not on a consistent basis**
